In this program, you have the flexibility to choose the resources you want and need most, and cater the program to the changes you want to see. Whether it be for weight loss coaching, weight control or weight maintenance, nutrition coaching, emotional coaching, or life and stress coaching, this program will bring you the motivation and encouragement to build your own path to success, happiness, and of course…health.

*For best results in breaking old habits and creating new ones, it is recommended to commit to at least one month*

  • 1 hour phone call per week (this can be divided to 30 min. twice a week)
